At Bath Hatch, we aim to process and deliver every magical bath-time box as quickly and reliably as possible.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the shipping terms outlined below.
Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period of up to 3 business days before shipment.
Processing begins on the next business day after your order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed.
During high-volume periods (such as holidays, seasonal promotions, or product launches), processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders placed after 2 PM (local warehouse time) may begin processing the following business day.
Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Times
Standard Shipping (Free)
Estimated delivery within 3–9 business days after dispatch.
Express Shipping (Paid Upgrade)
Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Please note that delivery estimates begin after the order has been processed and shipped.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Currently, Bath Hatch ships to addresses within:
- United States
- Canada
We may expand to additional countries in the future.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
Delays & Disruptions
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, Bath Hatch is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Carrier delays (USPS, UPS, FedEx, Canada Post, etc.)
- Customs clearance issues
- Severe weather or natural disasters
- Public health disruptions
- Transportation shutdowns or labor shortages
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once a package leaves our warehouse and is transferred to the shipping carrier, the shipment becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to open a claim.
